President Nguyen Minh Triet visits and works at Ha Tinh.

Continuing his working visit in Ha Tinh province on July 3, President Nguyen Minh Triet and working mission insenced, offered flowers and planted trees at the memorial site for Secretary general Ha Huy Tap; visited Vung Ang economic zone; talked to officers soldiers of military command of Ha Tinh province; worked with steering committee of justice reforming; visited and gave gifts to some policial families at Ky Anh District.

Non-Governmental Organization’s Aid Mobilization Programme
The goals of this programme are enhancing relationship with NGOs both at home and abroad, playing an important role in promoting friendship and cooperation relationship between Ha Tinh and NGOs all over the world, mobilizing and making the best use of NGO aid potentials, and heightening efficiency of this aid source to improve the standard of living for people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
